FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises a cylindrical casing, a shell set in it and made as a hollow cylinder with an end flange contacting with the article casing, and a stopper rigidly fixed to the shell, an explosive-operated actuator, a stem set inside the shell and made as a threaded rod with a flange and profiled projection which is rigidly fixed to the stem flange and placed on the side opposite to its threaded rod, as well as a cylindrical rod set inside the said shell between the said ring stopper and the stem and provided with a socket interacting with the said stem projection, and with a profiled tail piece set behind the shell end face on the side opposite to the stem and interacting with the said shell stopper. There provided is also a unit to attach the device to the article parts being detached and coupled with the threaded rod of the stem, it comprises a cylindrical cup embracing the profiled tail piece of the device's cylindrical rod being rigidly fixed to it, able of demounting at the attachment of the detached parts to the article casing, and made with axial projections on the end face turned to the device's shell stopper, and the end face surface of the said stopper is fitted by splines interacting with the said axial projections of the cylindrical cup.

EFFECT: usage of the invention allows for the improvement of device operating characteristics at keeping its functionality.
