Coupling sleeve is made in the form of a hollow cup, the bottom of which is internally made conical and interacts with the ball belt of the threaded rod of the rod. Stem flange is made with parallel axes of the device and between the flats, the distance between which does not exceed the diameter of the threaded rod of the rod. In the bottom of the turnbuckle, a groove is made perpendicular to the plane of said rod flats.
