FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: proposed winder comprises drive drum articulated with drive unit and brake and is mounted at the frame. Steel rope is connected to said drive drum to run over snub pulley. Between the snub pulley and drive drum there is double-grooved friction pulley with reversing drive. The said friction pulley is enveloped by steel wire rope in condition of full angle of its wrapping equal to 2π radians, and in condition of rope running on top edge of friction pulley and in condition of running off from it. Frame with drive drum and drive unit installed on it is made with running wheels capable to rest on and move over declined guiding rails oriented in opposite direction from shaft. The length of guiding rails is equal to difference between container hoisting height and rope capacity of drive drum. The second drum winch kinematically connected by steel wire rope with drive drum frame is mounted at the end of guiding rails. Arresting device capable to interact with frame is mounted before frame of drive drum at the side of shaft with snub pulley and friction pulley.
EFFECT: lifting height increase.
