FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: proposed winder comprises driven drum articulated with drive unit and brake and is mounted at the frame. Steel rope is connected to said driven drum to run over snub pulley. Said frame with driven drum and drive is mounted at the track to displace on guide rails in length equal to the difference between vessel lift height and driven drum rope capacity. Said rails are directed from the mine shaft. Second winch articulated by steel wire rope with said track is mounted at the end of guide rails. Stop is mounted ahead of said track on shaft side with snub pulley for said frame and track to interact therewith.
EFFECT: higher efficiency in longer-shaft mine and load lifting capacity.
