FIELD: textiles, paper.

SUBSTANCE: rotating-vibrating device of mixing paper-polymer mass comprises a mixing chamber in which a working element is located on a stationary base by means of resilient supports with the ability to adjust the angle of inclination relative to the base. The working element is connected with the rotary drive and is made in the form of metal blades fixed on the axis, which have a curved profile and thickness and own frequency of the vibration different in height of the mixing chambers. The blades are located over each other in the form of a spiral with a variable pitch between its turns at an angle to each other of 15° to 165°. The device also comprises a vibration exciter which is located on the axis of the mixing chamber with the ability of applying vibrations to the blades of the working element. At the lower part of the mixing chamber under the working element the loading hopper is placed and at the upper part of the mixing chamber over the working element the discharge tube is placed.

EFFECT: obtaining a given homogeneous composition and the desired physical and mechanical properties of the resulting mixture - strength, elasticity and density, ensuring continuity of operation of the device.
