FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: device includes in-series installed mixing assembly (1) of solid bulk components, which includes belt conveyor (5) and solid components bunkers (6, 7, 8) located above it and provided with belt gates-feeders (9) provided with conveyor weighs and installed with a possibility of supplying components to belt conveyor (5), vertical spray chamber (2) arranged at the outlet of belt conveyor (5) below its level and equipped in its upper part with at least two inclined plates (12) fixed on the housing of the chamber opposite on different levels, and in the lower part - with atomiser (13) for horizontal supply to chamber (2) of a liquid component or a suspension. The housing of spray chamber (2) is installed on spring suspensions (10) and connected to vibration exciter (11), flow mixer (3) is connected to the outlet of spray chamber (2). A mixing method involves pre-mixing of solid bulk components by their uniform dosed supply to a moving belt of belt conveyor (5), their additional mixing by supplying the mixture to inclined plates (12), mixing of solid components with a liquid component by horizontal supply of the liquid component through atomiser (13) with simultaneous vertical supply to it of solid components and final mixing of the mixture in flow mixer (3).

EFFECT: improving uniform distribution of mixed components and mixing efficiency.
