SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for compacting finely dispersed powders susceptible to adhesion. Proposed device has housing, loading and unloading devices, drive, blades arranged inside housing and installed for radial displacement, and cam limiting radial displacement of blades. Resilient members providing reverse movement of blades are arranged on outer surface of housing. Blades are arranged between housing and cam on surface of which unloading device is installed.

EFFECT: simplified design, provision of high degree of compacting, reduced expenses.
