FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: teakettle has vessel for water boiling and steam discharge valve with nozzle directed to those of gas burner. Teakettle bottom is equipped with extra vessel communicated with the main one via intake valve and with steam discharge valve inlet with positive pressure difference of its opening/closing. At water boiling steam jets kill burner flame. Opening pressure of steam discharge valve can be selected so that steam jet, safely and reliably, kills the burner flame. Note here that teakettle cover and spout require no seal for friendly use of teakettle. At regular use, extra vessel is always filled with water.

EFFECT: flame killing in case teakettle is not filled with water.
