FIELD: instrumentation.
SUBSTANCE: system comprises a gimballess inertial measurement unit (GIMU) with measurement unit with inertial sensors (micromechanistic gyroscopes, accelerometers of low accuracy) and magnetometers, as well as the receiving equipment of satellite navigation system (RE SNA) with phase measurements and spaced antennas at the corresponding base while generation of the object course. At that the measuring unit GIMU additionally comprises a fibre optic gyroscope of navigation grade of precision with the measuring axis, orthogonal to the plane of the deck, and GIMU except orientation parameters (course and pitch angles) provides additional elaboration of the linear velocity vector components and the coordinates of the object location. The computing module of the system additionally receives data from the ship lag to form together with the data from the block of magnetometers of the corresponding difference measurements and their processing to implement the autonomous operation of the system; at that in the computing module of the system assessment of errors of GIMU is additionally carried out on the components of the vector of linear velocity, as well as evaluation of the drifts of micromechanical gyroscopes and fibre optic gyroscopes (FOG) and their feeding on the feedback to GIMU for correction.
EFFECT: improved accuracy and interference immunity of the system.
