FIELD: autonomous inertial orientation of moving objects.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for autonomous inertial orientation of moving objects. For the orientation of moving objects, the vector of the absolute angular velocity of rotation, the vector of the apparent acceleration of the object in inertial space and the vector of the geomagnetic field strength are measured using pre-calibrated triaxle blocks of gyroscopes, accelerometers, magnetometers, and the received multi-vector information is processed according to discrete integral algorithms in a certain way.
EFFECT: elimination of instrumental and methodological errors, simplification of information processing algorithms is provided.
