SUBSTANCE: vacuum cleaner (10) with a dust collector chamber (11) and a bracket (20) for the filter that is intended for attachment of the filter flat flange (30)(the filter bracket (20i) s installed on the first inner surface (12) of the dust collector chamber (11) with the possibility of turning by means of the hinge joint (21) with a turning axle (22)), has at least one anchor point by means whereof the filter bracket (20) relies on at least one support element (14) of the dust collector chamber (11) and has the filter flange plane (24) determined by the installed filter flat flange (30); projection (25) of the anchor point (23) onto the filter flange plane (24) is at a reference distance (27) from the projection (26) of the turning axle (22) onto the filter flange plane (24), such reference distance (27) perpendicular to the projection (26) of the turning axle (22). The filter flange (30) has an inlet hole (31), the difference from the centre of the inlet hole (31) to the projection (26) of the turning axle (22) onto the filter flange plane (24)(while the filter flange (30) is mounted) differing from the reference distance (27) by no more than 50%.

EFFECT: proposed invention enables simple and inexpensive production of a vacuum cleaner with a filter bracket; in particular, the invention enables production of a vacuum cleaner with a filter bracket that can not be lost due to being mounted so that to enable turning and can be reliably supported; additionally, damage caused by application of excessive force can be excluded.
