SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, particularly, to production of coated steel sheets used in automotive industry, as building structural elements, furniture, etc. Sheet is made of steel containing in wt %: C: 0.005 or less, Si: 0.2 or less, Mn: 0.5 or less, P: 0.04 or less, S: 0.03 or less, N: 0.01 or less, Al: 0.1 or less, at least one element selected from the group consisting of Ti: 0.01-0,1 and Nb: 0.001-0.1, Fe and arbitrarily impurities making the rest. Nb and/or Ti carbides with granule diameter not exceeding 6 nm are disperses in steel with volume ratio in the range of 1×10^-5 to 5×10^-4.
