FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy. Sheet not over 3 mm in depth intended for production of structural parts of automobiles, structural elements of building, etc., features the following composition: not over 0.01 wt % of C, not over 0.2 wt % of Si, not over 0.5 wt % of Mn, not over 0.04 wt % of P, 0.001-0.03 wt % of S, not over 0.01 wt % of N, not over 0.1 wt % of Al and 0.02-0.1 wt % of Ti, Fe and unavoidable impurities making the rest. Note here that 0.005-0.5 vol. % of Ti4C2S2 with mean particle size of at least 10 nm are dispersed in the steel. This sheet features strain hardening degree index n not lower than 0.20.
EFFECT: perfect pliability and machinability.
