FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: production of oxide melts with quantum properties and super fluidity at 850-1050°C comprises alloying of boric anhydride with potassium and cesium carbonates at the following ratio in terms of oxides: B2O3 - 99.0% mol, K2O - 1.0% mol or B2O3 - 94.0-99.0% mol, Cs2O - 1.0-6.0% mol. Melt homogenisation is ensured by thorough mixing with the help of platinum mixer.

EFFECT: super fluidity and super conductivity, abnormal heat conductivity.
