SUBSTANCE: invention relates to optical material science and can be used in making lasers, polarizers, diodes, solar cells, photodetectors and luminescent optical materials. Essence of the proposed technical solution lies in the fact that luminescent glass with perovskite nanocrystals CsPbBr3 and CsPbI3 refers to a sodium-zinc-borogermanate system in which nanocrystals of CsPbBr3 and CsPbI3 are formed at the following ratio of components, mol.%: GeO2 36.46-42.39; B2O3 22.59-26.26; Na2O 4.77-6.73; Cs2O 5.18-5.90; Br 0-8.01; ZnO 4.81-5.59; K2O 2.63-6.2; I 0-7.68; TiO2 1.79-3.15; PbO 2.17-2.53; P2O5 1.32-1.53.

EFFECT: high mechanical strength, chemical resistance and transparency of the material with perovskite nanocrystals CsPbBr3 and CsPbI3.
