FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves drug therapy and exposure to a physical factor of the bullous changed bladder surface. Exposure covers every point. Every point is exposed to electric current for up to 1.5 sec. The exposure has a frequency of 440 kHz, at a pulse repetition rate of 20-60 kHz, spark coagulation power of 85-95 W at the argon flow of 0.5-0.6 l/min. The therapeutic course is 6-7 procedures every second day.
EFFECT: mucosa exposure involving no adhesive complications or injuries of the mucosa in the form of the secondary tension.
