FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to urology, and can be used for diagnostics of impairment of microcirculation in urinary bladder mucosa in chronic recurring cystitis of infectious etiology, complicated with leukoplakia. Probe for carrying out laser Doppler flowmetry is introduced into working canal of cystoscope after performing cystoscopia. Probe is installed directly into visually changed urinary bladder mucous membrane. Analysis of perfusion changes is performed, with its results being used to make conclusion about microcirculation state in leukoplakia focus.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to diagnose impairment of microcirculation link, which are early diagnostic and cytoscopic criteria of urinary bladder leukoplakia at early stage, to determine type of microcirculation disorders, to select pathogenetic therapy correctly.
