SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive industry. Trunk cover comprises structural reinforcement, inner skin and glass. Structural reinforcement consists of top section making the rear window opening and bottom section extending from top section to trunk cover bottom. Said structural reinforcement is composed by solid polymer element. It is closed from outside by rear window and outer skin panel located under rear window. Structural reinforcement is completely closed from inside by inner skin. Structural reinforcement and inner skin make the first hollow frame of the first closed section abutting on rear window opening and second hollow frame of second closed section located nearby trunk cover outer edges. Car comprises above described trunk cover.
EFFECT: higher trunk cover stiffness.
