FIELD: railway transport.
SUBSTANCE: supporting structures of the driver's cab of locomotives or mainline electric locomotives and diesel locomotives. The locomotive driver's cab module contains a shell (1) and a metal frame (2), including a roof (3), a mezzanine part (4), a facade part, a bottom part, side parts, a rear wall (11) with a central opening for a door and elements for fastening to a metal frame. The metal frame is made of modules in the form of frames, consisting of parallel belts connected by corner stiffeners. Two angular vertical beams of the vertical load-bearing frame (8) of the bottom part represent a closed composite profile of a bent sheet element and beams made of a profile pipe. The lower frame (9) of the side part is equipped with braces, and its front post is reinforced with stiffeners. The upper frame (10) of the side part is connected to the frame of the windshield (5) by an angle post formed by a closed composite profile of bent sheet elements with flat covers at the top and bottom, reinforced with stiffening ribs. The horizontal beams of the windshield frame (5) have additional stiffening ribs.
EFFECT: improvement of the strength, rigidity and reliability of the structure in the event of a rolling stock colliding with an obstacle.
