FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: inventions relate to cellulose processing technology. Claimed is group of inventions: method of disaggregation and decrystallisation of cellulose material, product obtained by said method, set for said method realisation, and method of obtaining biofuel. Method of disaggregation and decrystallisation includes processing cellulose material with alkali with concentration higher than 1M in system of co-solvents based on water and second water-soluble solvent in ratio 25:75. Water-soluble solvent is an organic polar solvent, in particular, primary, secondary of tertiary alcohol or polyol. Washing of disaggregated and decrystallised cellulose is carried out with co-solvent with obtaining target product. Set for realisation of said method includes alkali in system of co-solvents alcohol/water and instructions for disaggregation and decrystallisation of cellulose. Method of obtaining biofuel includes fermentative hydrolysis of cellulose material with cellulases for the time, corresponding to the first phase of two-phase fermentative hydrolysis. After that processing of residual cellulose is carried out, disaggregated and decrystallised cellulose is washed with co-solvent to remove alkali. After that, hydrolysis of disaggregated and decrystallised cellulose to glucose and cello-oligodextrines is performed.

EFFECT: claimed group of inventions provides improved availability of cellulose for fermentative modifications.
