The second cam element includes the second inner and outer cams with the third and fourth lifting ranges. The hinge assembly of the swing door comprises a hinge wing, a rod and a fixator protruding from the wing, the first and second cam elements, a limiting plate with a limiter for gripping the fixator during door rotation, which is installed around the second cam element.
