FIELD: locksmith's work. SUBSTANCE: the hinge for opening of the door or window frame has the first and second hinge sections connected by a rod. The device provides for an independent adjustment between the first and second hinge sections parallel and perpendicularly to the common plane of the door or window. Adjustment parallel to the door or window is accomplished by means of a cam that is made integral with the rod and installed for turning in the cavity of the first hinge section. The cam and the cavity have surfaces of reciprocal engagement formed in such a manner that a turn of the cam causes only a manner that a turn of the cam causes only a relative translational motion between the first and second hinge sections. Two axial areas of mutual direct pressure positioned diametrically opposite each other relative to the rod are available between the cam and the cavity of the first hinge section. EFFECT: simplified design, enhanced efficiency and quick adjustment of the movable frame relative to the fixed one. 8 cl, 14 dwg
