FIELD: weapons and ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method consists in filling cartridge case inner chamber with working fluid and creating overpressure therein to extract initiating charge along with fuse case. Filling cartridge case inner chamber with working fluid is performed by immersing if in fluid. Overpressure is developed inside case by forcing in vessel filled with the same fluid, vessel inlet shaped to cartridge case outer profile. Proposed device comprises fluid feed assembly, mechanism to feed cartridge case in processing zone, mechanism to create pressure and case removal mechanism. This device is composed by gun assembly with mechanism to feed cartridge case in processing zone made up of assembly of breech block and lock parts. One of parts of breech block assembly is equipped with reciprocation drive.
EFFECT: possibility to develop flexible automated lines and mobile lines.
