SUBSTANCE: proposed surface is composed of plate-like cover elements laying to abut on each other. Opposite edges of abutting near cover elements have cut-outs extending in parallel with extension of surface of cover elements from said edges to cover elements. Opposite cut-outs are located on one straight line. Aligned locks are arranged to slide in one of said cut-outs on one straight line and to be partially displaced by control shaft into one of two cut-outs on one straight line, so that they can engage with both cut-outs on one straight line to cover disengagement between two adjacent cover elements.
