The first free ends (7a1, 7b1; 8a1, 8b1) of the claws turned towards the central axis (a1) of the hole (6a, 6a′) and are designed so that to enable radial movement relative to the hole central axis (a1) The two first claws (7a, 7b) are equipped with vertically positioned cutting means (10) while the two second claws (8a, 8b) are equipped with peeling means(12) The invention specificity consists in the cutting means (10) projecting from the first end (7a1, 7b1) of the corresponding first claw (7a, 7b) in the direction of passage of the corresponding first claw (7a, 7b) and having a cutting edge (11) where the cutting means (10) are shaped as discs with diameter (d2), the perimeter of such disc acting as the cutting edge (11).
