FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: method of a step-by-step obtaining of a thickener of an anti-icing liquid and the thickener composition includes at the first stage loading of propylene glycol 7.6-11.04 wt.p., water 84.6-89.25 wt.p. and a foam-extinguisher 0.05-0.1 wt.p., mixing them in a rotary mixer with a frequency of 50-60 Hz for 10-15 minutes after loading of the components. At the second stage the mixture is mixed at a frequency of 40-60 Hz and circulation at a frequency of 30-40 Hz, and then a polymer 1.4-2.1 wt.p. is added through a loading bunker in a suction line of a circulation system and circulation is realised at 10-16 Hz, and the time of the second stage constitutes nearly 50-65 minutes. At the third stage soaking without mixing and circulation for 4-7 hours are performed, at the fourth stage mixture is mixed at 40-60 Hz with circulation at 30-50 Hz for 5-15 minutes after loading of SAS 0.1-0.2 wt.p., propylene glycol 0.32-0.46 wt.p., corrosion inhibitor 1.2-1.5 wt.p. Then stabilisation is carried out without mixing and circulation for 10-15 hours with inaccuracy of propylene glycol loading and water quantity ±0.1% and other components ±2%. Also claimed is the composition of the thickener for the anti-icing liquid of the composition, wt.p. propylene glycol 8.0-11.5; water 89.25-84.6; polymer sodium polyacrylate 1.4-2.1; SAS oxyethylated nonylphenol or ethoxylated octylphenol 0.1-0.2; foam-extinguisher polydimethylsiloxane 0.05-0.1; corrosion inhibitor 2-butyne 1,4-diol (50% water solution) 1.2-1.5.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain the thickener for the anti-icing liquid, which increases a degree of accuracy of obtaining the required viscosity for the anti-icing liquid.
