FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of deicing fluids to prevent aircraft icing on ground. Preparation process comprises the steps that follow. Concentrate is prepared by adding and mixing of surfactant based on fat acids and thickener based on polyacrylic acid to water-glycol or water-glycerine mix. The latter is used as a solvent taken in amount of 1-20 wt % of its total required amount. Obtained concentrate is added at mixing to remained portion of solvent and mixed therewith. Then, potassium hydroxide as a neutralizer is added to obtained homogeneous suspension and mixed therewith. Mixing of conducted in mixer with rotor. After mixing, produced deicing fluid is degassed by discharging from the mixer via ultrasound flow disperser.
EFFECT: stable operating characteristics at storage.
