SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a microcryogenic technique. The method of filling closed microcryogenic systems with coolant with preliminary washing the inner cavity is that the unit of filling of the microcryogenic system with the coolant is connected to the microcryogenic system, the microcryogenic system is prepared for filling, the microcryogenic system is filled with the technology dose of the coolant, the microcryogenic system is checked for leaks of the coolant, the coolant is removed from the system cavity, the system is filled with the working dose of the coolant. The unit of filling of the microcryogenic system with the coolant is provided with a cylinder with the coolant. Preparation for filling comprises setting the profile of washing of the microcryogenic system with coolant, setting the number of profiles of washing performed, performing a certain number of profiles of washing.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at reduction of labour intensity and material costs in the manufacturing process of microcryogenic systems.
