FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: set of invention relates to production of floor panels 1 with coating including at least substrate 2 and top layer 3 with pattern applied on said substrate 2. Application of top layer 3 includes at least two steps. At first step S3, layer 7 of synthetic material is applied on substrate 2. At second step S5, surface of synthetic material layer 7 is raised. Note here that produced patter consists of recesses 13 or edges 14 and is formed by structured mechanical printing element 20. Note here the structure of printing element 20 is formed at a time with the raising step. Note here that said structure is produced by printing technology that allows making of one or several imprints 6 on element 20 so that pattern of recesses 13 and/or ledges 14 is composed at least partially by said printing technology.
EFFECT: higher efficiency, smooth surface of floor panels.
