FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electric engineering, to tight bodies. A transition element of a tight body comprises the first flange (1) and also the second flange. The second flange (2) has a reduced cross section compared to the first flange (1). Between both flanges (1, 2) there is a side wall (4) of the tight body. The side wall (4) of the tight body has several flat zones (5a, 5b, 5c). Between flat zones (5a, 5b, 5c) in a rotary-symmetrical manner there are sections of side surface (6a, 6b, 6c) arranged.
EFFECT: technical result consists in provision of universality of use of a transition element of a tight body.
