SUBSTANCE: cabinet for feeding and reallocation of distributed inventory of articles including drawer. The cabinet additionally includes sets of containers each one of which is connected with one drawer. Each set of containers is connected with set of rods. Each container is provided with locking mechanism to lock cover. Set of actuating mechanisms connected with each rod to provide rotation and unlocking of locking mechanism. The cabinet additionally includes access monitoring and control system to provide monitoring and control of actuating mechanisms set actuation.
