SUBSTANCE: method comprises extraction, filtration, evaporation, and is characterised in that extraction is carried out in two stages with 30% aqueous solution of ethanol at a temperature 70°C of each stage, with the exposure of 1 hour, the extract is purified by an alcohol method at a temperature of 4°C, then the resulting product is filtered from the pectin precipitate and the filtrate is evaporated to dry residue.
