FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of dry extracts from plant raw materials having high nutritional value and high biological activity, intended for use in food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and other industries. Method includes measurement of amino acid composition and/or vitamin composition of the prepared raw materials, extraction of raw materials in extractors by different extractants at a temperature of 20–40 °C, extraction of extracts, concentration of extracts, withmixing different extracts into one. Next drying of a thick extract is carried out in vacuum dryers at a temperature of up to 40 °C until a powder is obtained. Then, the amino acid composition and/or vitamin composition of the extract is measured, the amino acid composition of the raw material and the amino acid composition of the extract obtained are compared. To further use, an extract corresponding to the amino acid composition of a raw material is taken at 80 percent or more.
EFFECT: simplification of quality identification of the obtained dry extract, obtaining an extract with high nutritional value and biological activity, maximally preserving the biological activity of an original plant material, the possibility of using a wide variety of plant raw materials.
