SUBSTANCE: method envisages recipe components preparation, carrots and bulb onions cutting, sauteing in melted fat and straining, ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake pouring with bone broth and maintenance for swelling, the listed components mixing bone broth, sour cream, table mustard, tomato paste and salt, the mixture cooking and addition of CO2-extracts of black hot pepper and caraway to produce a sauce, fresh white cabbages chopping and freezing, beef cutting, beef, cabbages and sauce packing, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
