SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes onion and carrot cutting, roasting in melt butter and chopping; wheat flour sautéing and blending thereof with tomato paste, table mustard, milk butter, CO2-extracts from biomass of specific micromycete specie, caraway, and black pepper, table salt and bone broth, cooking and pulping to produce souse; fresh white cabbage shredding, freezing, and chopping; beef cutting and chopping. Abovementioned components are blended pre-packed in aluminum tubes, sealed and sterilized.
EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
