FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed system comprises actuator and basic unit. Said actuator comprises structural part and retainer. The latter serves to retain section of said vessel so that vessel base section is not retained. Basic unit comprises heating surface and serves to accommodate the vessel base section. Heating surface is designed to transfer heat to said vessel base section. Aforesaid actuator is designed to apply linear pressure to said vessel so that vessel base section stays in direct contact with basic unit. At power transfer to vessel base section, said basic unit is, in fact, fixed in direction of actuator displacement. Proposed method comprises making of closed or sealed plastic vessel with content, displacing it to basic unit so that vessel base section is not retained. Basic unit can engage with at least the part of vessel base section. Linear pressure is being applied to make plastic vessel engage with basic unit. Heat is transferred to at least the vessel base part when it is engaged with basic unit. At power transfer to vessel base section, said basic unit is, in fact, fixed in direction of actuator displacement. Invention covers the other versions of this process.
EFFECT: ruled out deformation of thin-wall plastic vessel.
