FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a metering sensor of vibration type for measurement of fluid medium moving in a pipeline, in particular, gas, liquid, powder and any other fluid material. The stated group of inventions includes a metering sensor of vibration type, a metering system with a metering sensor made in the form of a through metering device, and also application of a metering sensor. At the same time the metering sensor comprises a body (71), in which the end at the inlet is formed by a flow divider (201) located at the side of the inlet with spaced through holes (201A, 201B, 201C, 201D), and the end located at the side of the outlet is formed by a flow divider (202) located at the side of the outlet with four spaced through holes (202A, 202B, 202C, 202D), and also a pipe device with four bent metering pipes (181, 182, 183, 184), attached to flow dividers (201, 202), forming hydraulic, parallel arranged tracts and supplying a fluid medium, besides, each of four metering pipes enters with its end located at the side of the inlet into one of through holes of the flow divider (201), with the second end arranged at the side of the outlet - into one of through holes of the flow divider (202). In the metering sensor according to the invention both flow dividers (201, 202) are made and arranged in it so that the pipe device has an imaginary plane (YZ) of longitudinal cross section, arranged between the first and second metering pipes, and also between the third and fourth metering pipes, in respect to which the pipe device is symmetrical in a mirror-like manner, and also has an imaginary plane (XZ) of longitudinal cross section arranged between the first and third metering pipes, and also between the second and fourth metering pipes, and perpendicular to the imaginary plane (YZ) of longitudinal section, in respect to which the pipe device is also made as symmetrical in a mirror-like manner. An electromechanical excitation device (5) of the metering sensor serves to form and/or maintain mechanical oscillations of four metering pipes (181, 182, 183, 184).
EFFECT: technical result achieved from implementation of the proposed group of inventions, consists in creation of a metering sensor with high sensitivity and high quality of oscillations, characterised even at higher quantities of mass flow rate above 1000 t/hr with insignificant pressure loss, making, if possible, less than 3 bar, having even at higher nominal internal diameter more than 100 mm, to the extent possible, a compact design and suitable in particular for use under conditions of extremely hot or extremely cold medium and/or under considerably variable temperatures of the medium.
