FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: cold press-fitting plant contains two vertical immovable stands pivotally connected in pairs by upper and lower horizontal braces with movable vertical stands. Between the vertical immovable stands, withdrawable cup with the first centre and drive for moving press-fitted parts is installed. The drive contains rotating power hydraulic cylinder. Between the vertical immovable stands, withdrawable spring stop with the second centre is installed. The stop rests on disk spring pack. Lift-and-turn device with mechanisms for wheel pair supporting, lifting and rotating is installed on lower braces. Proposed plant in the first version contains on its upper horizontal braces two pivotally installed devices for unloading and wheel pair position height adjustment. The devices are made in the form of hydraulic cylinders with piston upper and lower admissible position sensors. Wheel pair axle open-side grapples with drives for grapple opening-closing are suspended on rods of hydraulic cylinders. In the second version, the lift-and-turn device of plant contains base, swiveling plate resting on the base by means of rollers, two hydraulic cylinders with upper and lower admissible position sensors, which cylinders rest on the swiveling plate, and lodgment with knife-edge supports for wheel pairs which lodgment rests on hydraulic cylinders.
