FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to material processing equipment with fluid separation. Proposed device comprises stationary elements and moving elements arranged to displace between adjacent stationary elements. Auger runs between stationary and moving elements without contact therewith. Auger is driven around its central axial line. Running auger displaces initial material between said stationary and moving elements into phase separation section and towards outlet. Filtrate is discharged beyond phase separation section boundaries via clearances between said elements. Initial material with decreased fluid content is discharged from outlet beyond the phase separation section. Moving elements can displace. Note here that said elements extend closer to auger central axial line that auger blade peripheral edge without contact with auger.
EFFECT: higher wear resistance and efficiency of fluid removal.
