FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device for concentrating an object to be treated comprises a filter body (19), which has a plurality of fixed plates (17) and stationary plates (18), a mixing tank (3), a mixing mean (10), a shaft (15), a drive unit (9), an eccentric cam, a coupling mean (46), a cleaning element (54). The stationary plates (17) are arranged with interval. Each of the stationary plates (17) has a through hole and a circular outer peripheral surface. Each of the movable plates (18) has a through hole and is located between adjacent stationary plates (17). The mixing mean (10) is located outside the filter body (19). The eccentric cam is attached to the shaft (15) or formed integrally with the shaft (15) and is eccentric to the central axial line of the shaft (15). The coupling mean is configured to connect the movable plates (18) and the eccentric cam so that the movable plates (18) move in a circle, and the eccentricity of the eccentric cam is the radius of this circle. The cleaning element (54) is attached to the shaft (15) to rotate therewith the shaft (15) while sliding in contact with the portions of the outer peripheral surfaces of the stationary plates (17). The device is configured to flow the filtrate into the filter body (19) through the filtrate inflow gaps between stationary (17) and movable (18) plates, and also the flow of the treated object with reduced liquid content from the mixing tank (3) through the outlet.
EFFECT: invention allows to effectively separate the filtrate from the treated object, efficiently concentrate the treated object without contact of the cleaning element and movable plates with high pressure.
