SUBSTANCE: invention relates to presentation of video images of a three-dimensional (3D) computer virtual environment. The method of creating video images of a 3D computer virtual environment includes rendering, through a 3D rendering process, an iteration of a 3D virtual environment based on video encoding process data, wherein data from the video encoding process include data on the expected screen size and rate of transmitting video data for the rendered iteration of the 3D virtual environment which is to be created using the video encoding process.

EFFECT: viewing processed instances of rendering a 3D virtual environment as streaming video on devices that are not sufficiently powerful to execute a rendering process using their own resources or in a natural manner.
