FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine. Apparatus for realisation of blood therapy contains control unit, which has blood pump and several liquid pumps, fixed on said unit, and controller, made with possibility of controlling said blood pump and liquid pumps, and interactive operator control system with screen of operator interface, which is in working connection with controller. Controller contains software, capable of controlling said apparatus in response to selection of commands, entered by operator. Apparatus contains replaceable set of boards, including three separate boards, made with possibility of their manual fixation and manual removal from said control unit. Blood board contains tubes of blood supply installed and fixed on it. Tubes of liquid supply are placed and fixed on liquid board. Board of filter cartridge is fixed to blood and liquid boards. Board of filter cartridge includes replaceable filter cartridge, fixed on board. Interactive operator control system is made with possibility of entering by operator command for changing in accordance with selection replaceable set of boards, replacement of filter cartridge without changing set of boards and transition from current therapy to other therapy.

EFFECT: technical result consists in simplification of readjustment for realisation of different procedures of blood therapy.
