FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: set comprises the first pumping device that feeds the first infusate, preferentially a medicine, in an intravenous infusion line, and the second pumping device that feeds the second infusate, preferentially a neutral carrier solution in the intravenous line. A measuring device evaluates an amount of the first infusate supplied, residual in the receiver. A control system is connected with the first and second feed devices and the measuring device to evaluate the optimal infusion rate of the first infusate considering a certain amount of the first infusate supplied, residual in the set, a predetermined certain volume of injection liquid, and a predetermined time of infusion, and to adjust the first feed unit. There is disclosed the method for infusion of the second infusate considering evaluation of total amount of the first infusate.
EFFECT: ensured exact injection of a medicine during predetermined time intervals.
