SUBSTANCE: in compliance with first version, decelerator comprises pickup composed by inertial weight, slide valve and actuator composed by hydraulic cylinder. Inertial weight is composed of cylinder with balls fitted sidewall lengthwise grooves and is placed in sleeve with end clearances to rest on slide valve rods with annular groove in symmetry with axis while slide valves rest on spring-loaded piston rods. Air cylinder is coupled with brake pedal link. In compliance with second version, it comprises case, inertial weight and symmetrical distributors composed by pistons. Centrifugal force pickup is composed by swivel arm with weight arranged at its end. Said arm can act on piston rods.
