FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: proposed pump comprises motor equipped with control unit and connected with transfer mechanism. Pump section comprises housing and impeller. Transfer mechanism hydraulic cylinder comprises body with hollow cover with spring-loaded rod connected with reciprocated piston secured at said cover. Proportioner with plunger connected with spring-loaded rod is secured at hydraulic cylinder cover. Motor and transfer mechanism are engaged via adapter with casing secured at pump section housing. Motor shaft is coupled in adapter case with shaft-clutch with impeller rigidly fitted thereon. Said shaft-clutch is fitted and sealed in through bore made at pump section housing top part. Pimp section housing and cylinder body are communicated via discharge pipes with ball valves fitted thereat. Control unit incorporates extra feedback elements. Said elements include torque transducer fitted in motor adapter case, temperature transducers arranged at hydraulic cylinder body, fluid flow rate meters arranged at discharge pipes, plunger displacement transducer fitted at proportioner adapter and pressure meter at proportioner outlet.
