FIELD: pumping devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pumping devices for oil production from deep wells, in particular to a submersible pumping device for reciprocating action with three-phase numerical control. The submersible pumping device comprises a drive and a pump, the whole device is intended for installation in an underground oil reservoir, the drive consists of a stator and a reciprocating head with steel cores, the stator and the head form a friction connection by means of bearing guides and steel cores of the head, while the pump is connected to the tubing. The drive is made in the form of a linear submersible electric motor, which includes a series-connected upper head of the stator with a current lead block through which the electric motor is connected to the power supply, and a stator filled with oil, consisting of magnetic circuits with coils located in the stator housing, in the non-hermetic internal space of which the head is also located. reciprocating action of the electric motor - a slider, which, through the upper head of the stator, is connected to the lower end of the plunger pump housing, which includes two plunger pairs installed on the same axis one after the other. Each pair consists of a plunger and a movable cylinder, the lower large and the upper small, connected to each other in series one after the other by a connecting sleeve. The lower large cylinder is connected from below through the rod with the upper tip of the slider, and the plungers are connected in series and installed one after another in the upper part of the pump, in which, above the plunger of the upper small cylinder, there is also an injection valve block connected to the upper end of the plunger, and to the specified plunger from below the plunger of the lower large cylinder is connected through the dividing valve. At the junction of the plungers of the large and small cylinders, a separating valve of the small cylinder is installed, in addition, holes are provided for the entry of well fluid in the upper outer part of the pump housing, and holes are made in the lower part of the large cylinder and a suction valve is installed.
EFFECT: invention provides the possibility of placing a plunger unit with a linear motor to a greater depth with an increase in its productivity and separation of associated gas.
