FIELD: pumps.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pumping devices for extraction of oil from deep wells, in particular, to submersible pumping device of reciprocal action with three-phase numerical control. Submersible reciprocating pump device comprises a drive and a pump, the drive consists of a stator and a reciprocating action head with steel cores, wherein the pump is connected to the tubing, the drive is made in the form of a linear submersible electric motor, which includes in-series connected the upper head of the stator with the current lead block, through which the electric motor is connected to the power supply, and a stator filled with oil, consisting of magnetic conductors with coils located in an oil-filled stator housing, in the non-tight inner space of which a reciprocating action head is also located, and through the upper head of the stator the electric motor is connected to the lower end of the housing of the plunger pump, wherein the head of the reciprocating action through the upper tip is connected to the rod of the movable plunger of the pump, and from below the stator housing is connected to the reciprocating action head outlet branch pipe, then to the hydraulic compensator, to which the stator is connected by two hydraulic lines, at that, below the hydraulic compensator, a submersible unit of the telemetry system is installed, connected to the star of the stator windings by wires, wherein the submersible telemetry system unit includes a set of measuring sensors associated with the information collection and transmission device, to which a voltage stabilizer is also connected, connected to the motor windings, and an electronic controlled switch connected to the motor windings through a resistor, in addition, said unit comprises a filtering-switching device with a low-pass filter and a switching element of the control system, wherein the telemetry system includes a ground part installed in the pumping device control station, which is connected to the submersible unit by a power cable, wherein the surface part of the submersible unit is connected to the controller of the control station, in turn connected to the frequency converter for changing the frequency and voltage of the current supplied to the electric motor, wherein said controller is programmed to avoid overshoot of reciprocating action head, to avoid increased vibration, to avoid motor overheating.

EFFECT: providing control of the engine operation of a plunger unit with a linear motor due to obtaining data from the submersible unit of the telemetry system.
