FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method of preparation of liquid fuel combustion in ICE combustion chamber consists in making of air-water fine emulsion by water dispersion. Microwave radiation is applied to obtained emulsion to heat the latter to water boiling point. Processed emulsion is fed into combustion chamber to apply microwave radiation thereat again to hear said emulsion to point exceeding water boiling point at combustion chamber pressure. Now, fuel is injected into combustion chamber.
EFFECT: fuel saving, higher engine efficiency, lower exhaust gas toxicity.
