FIELD: gas turbine engine.
SUBSTANCE: production of a vapor-gas-droplet mixture by the method of fine atomization and evaporation of liquid fuel for its preparation for combustion in combustion chambers, mainly gas turbine engines, used in the automotive industry, energy, chemical, food and other industries. Device for preparing liquid fuel for combustion in the combustion chamber of a predominantly gas turbine engine contains a thermally insulated heating chamber into which a two-channel centrifugal fuel injector is built on top, one channel of which is connected by pipelines through a first pressure gauge, a first control valve, a first variable differential pressure flow meter, a fuel filter and a first ball valve through pipelines located in series with a tank filled with liquid fuel and equipped with a second pressure gauge. The second channel of the nozzle is connected by pipelines through a sequential third pressure gauge, a second control valve, a second variable pressure differential flow meter and a second ball valve to a tank filled with water and equipped with a fourth pressure gauge. A pipe is inserted into the heating chamber from above, which is connected through a pipeline sequentially through a fifth pressure gauge, a third control valve, a third variable pressure differential flow meter and a third ball valve to the first cylinder filled with nitrogen, which is equipped with a sixth pressure gauge. At the bottom of the heating chamber there is a pipe for discharging the prepared vapor-gas-droplet mixture. The first nitrogen cylinder is connected by pipelines in series through the fourth control valve and the first pressure regulator to a tank filled with water, and the second nitrogen cylinder is equipped with a seventh pressure gauge, and by pipelines in series through the fifth control valve and a second pressure regulator is connected to a tank filled with liquid fuel.
EFFECT: production of a vapor-gas-droplet mixture of liquid fuel, water and nitrogen.
