FIELD: power engineering. SUBSTANCE: gas-turbine plant has heat exchanger incorporating washer, mixing injector with jet nozzles, bypass piping connected to turbine outlet and to jet nozzles, intermediate compressed-air cooler placed between compressor stages and made in the form of jet gas-air unit with separated-water collector connected to combustion chamber, steam and water pipings connected to cooler. Exhaust path of turbine incorporates two heat-transfer sections, first one being made in the form of heat-recovery boiler and second section, in the form of injector communicating with atmosphere. EFFECT: provision for reducing nitrogen oxide concentration and for exhaust gas heat recovery. 11 cl, 1 dwg
